About ServiceMaster DAK, a ServiceMaster Restore
ServiceMaster DAK is one of the oldest, largest and most recognized disaster restoration and cleaning locations of all the ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean franchised businesses in the Chicago suburbs. It was established in 1975 by owners Dean and Eileen Knox, serving both Cook County and Lake County, IL. Since then, Dean and Eileen have expanded to 10 ServiceMaster Restore and Clean franchises in the North Shore and Northwest Suburbs, and the 2nd generation of the Knox family has joined the business. Their son, Jack, and daughter, Lindsay, work out of the Buffalo Grove office of ServiceMaster DAK.
Dean and Eileen Knox met and married while Dean was in the Navy, stationed at Glenview NAS. It was then they made the decision to live, work, and worship in Chicago’s North Shore Suburbs. Soon after Dean completed his military service, he began working with another ServiceMaster Restore licensee and realized ServiceMaster was the right fit, sharing his personal values, work ethic, and integrity.
ServiceMaster DAK meets the stringent demands of the ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean brand, and is recognized as a leader in performance, service, and quality. Owners Dean and Eileen Knox have been recognized by the ServiceMaster Corporation for “Service Excellence”, receiving the Marion E. Wade award for both Disaster Restoration and Residential Services.
